Public Company Package

$2,000 for up to 10 hours per month + GST/PST/Disbursements

Services may include but are not limited to:

Drafting and Filing Periodic, Quarterly and Annual Disclosure Documents
Drafting and Review of Contracts and Agreements
Advising on Corporate Governance Issues (ex. fiduciary responsibilities, conflicts of interest), and Regulatory Compliance and Policies
Providing Legal Advisory for Management and Board
Maintaining Corporate Minute Book
Preparing AGM and Minutes

Additional services in excess of 10 hours per month will be billed at $250/hour
