Tiffany Walsh, J.D., B.Comm.

Barrister & solicitor 

Tiffany practises Canadian and U.S. securities and business law. She has been involved with equity financings, the sale of privately held businesses, public company reporting, reverse mergers, and IPOs. Tiffany advises entrepreneurs and small business clients on a variety of business law matters including capital structuring, leases and contracts, dispute resolution, trademark protection, and licensing agreements. Tiffany has experience working with clients in a broad range of industries including technology, resource exploration, media, hospitality, naturopathic medicine, and cannabis. 

Tiffany carries extensive experience within the cannabis industry. She is an active member of the Vancouver Chapter of Women Grow, an organization led by female leaders in the cannabis industry. Tiffany is regularly a guest speaker on the topics of cannabis business law and the legal issues surrounding marijuana dispensaries. Tiffany has worked with a number of BC's craft cannabis producers to help prepare their businesses for legalization. 

Tiffany was called to the Bar in Washington State in 2012 and to the Bar in British Columbia in 2014. Tiffany completed her articles with Beadle Raven LLP and Holmes & Company. Tiffany graduated Cum Laude with a Law Degree from Western Michigan University in 2012. She obtained a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Industrial Relations, along with a Certificate of Human Resource Management, from Saint Mary’s University in 2006. 

Prior to attending law school, Tiffany founded and operated Buzz Media Ltd., an online student lifestyle magazine which she took public in 2007 on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board market in the United States. During law school, Tiffany served as the Senior Editor of the Western Michigan University Law Review, and had two of her papers published in the General Practitioner of Michigan.

Tiffany is committed to providing highly responsive legal advice and developing long-standing client relationships. As a sole practitioner, Tiffany has the advantage of being able to consult with lawyers at larger firms when her clients require specific advice outside of her area of expertise. Tiffany offers clients hourly billing, monthly billing, and a variety of flat-fee legal packages that cater to both private and public companies.
